Cook Is My Favorite Drink

Hello everyone, this week was good, I'll keep her short with some funny stories that happened this week. First of all still no water, so we are looking for a new apartment. Transfers is next week so ill probs stay at get a new comp, maybe ill train :) I honestly hope i get a foreigner so I can really push myself to learn this language. I rely on Elder Provido so much.

We had to do exchanges with the ZL's again on Friday to do the interview for the Capon Family. I went to Damortis and got to stay in "the mansion" its a huge house. Exchanges was fun with Elder Maddox, he's from Utah and been out for a year. We got rejected pretty hard, maybe because we were tracting close to the church so they were familiar with us. Then we taught this one guy so that was good. We held mission prep for some teens in their ward, so that was good. Then we had bonding night at the church and there was a bunch of kids that remembered me from last time we did exchanges. They were all over us though hahaha love those kids. A bunch of people just show up to play basketball on the courts and aren't members haha.

The mansion house is super sick, theres so many weird things in it, plus they have water so thats nice.

Okay so Saturday Elder Provido and I were finding and we found this guy, he's like 22, and really shy. I asked him what his job was and he said "cook" but with his accent I thought he said "coke" so I said "oh really? thats my favourite! where do you work?" he said close to Artacho (which is where we live) I asked him "is there a coke plant over there? I haven't seen one" he looked at me just so confused and Elder Provido gently says "he said cook" hahaha,
That same night we were visiting our guy Patrick who is like 30 and he's a little out of it and and I extended a baptismal date to him and he said "I'm not sure Elder because I don't have a girlfriend" I was just like "uhmm" just so confused.
Anyway that was really rushed because I want to skype call my fam rn

Love you all Hope you have a good week
