diak maawatan nay!

Hey everyone, so yeah i got mad sick this week. Everyone in my apartment did. Tuesday was interesting, my comp was throwing up when we were proselyting, but he wanted to stay out and work. Thats my boy. My trainee is awesome. 

When were were teaching some old lady who was like pure ilokano, she could understand what we were saying but we couldn't understand her ahaha, kinda got weird. my comp asked he if she had any of that effervescent oil stuff, for his stomach. she then grabbed some and then said she will be the one to put in on, so she pulled up my comps shirt and started rubbing the oil on his stomach and then she started praying in ilokano. me and my comp just looked at each other like what the heck ahahah I tried not to laugh. We thanked her and left, then my comp threw up in the gutter. hahaha. 

I then got sick on Friday, woke up puking my guts out, which was nasty. There was a storm this whole week so it got super cold in our house, so i had the chills super bad. 

The rest of my house mates got sick too, so we just layed there in the living room and slept. Our proselyting hours were cut in half this week. so that sucked. 

Tried some fruit called "Dorian" its my comp's favourite from davao. It was pretty disgusting ahhaha. I'm sorry elder baylon/  

We don't really have any progressing investigators, tons of people told us they would be at church, then there was that huge storm so they blamed it on that. :( next week though.

But the personal studies were killer, learned some good stuff. My testimony grows every week. Finished the Book of Mormon again. Excited to start in Nephi again. 

Went to the market this morning and I've never seen so many dead animals, kinda gross. It's just a different world here, I love it though.
